This is a cool, oddball old heavy metal, seems like a cast iron frame, pot metal bell with clacker, wood base, Penncraft marked bottom, decorative Liberty Bell, larger size figurine in the pictures. 7 1/2 inches tall, 6 inches wide. Heavy. Older piece in nice shape with some light wear to the front of the base, very light wear otherwise. Could use some fine cleaning. Zoom in for details.
