Vtg Ozzy Osbourne Todd McFarlane Toys Action Figure w Extras Incomplete I recently purchased a number of items, mostly action figures with partial sets. The figure is included, birds, bats, base, partial background (missing the third piece), and the Ozzy Osbourne marquee; but I don't know how it was supposed to attach to the background.
